Stephany has over 10 years of experience in nutrition counseling. At Montclair State University, she obtained a M.S. in Nutrition and Food Sciences, with a focus on Nutrition Education. And at Rutgers University, School of Biological & Environmental Sciences, she received a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and a Certificate in the Didactic Program in Dietetics, an accredited DPD by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Stephany has completed her Dietetic Internship which includes 1200 hours of ACEND-accredited supervised practice in clinical, community and food service nutrition.
Stephany also teaches Nutrition Science Courses at Monmouth University in the Department of Chemistry and Physics. She loves having the opportunity to educate both patients and students within the community.
