Cristina is a Registered Dietitian passionate about educating patients to empower them to live their healthiest lives. She delivers a science-based approach that guides her patients to be less reliant on medications and to manage chronic conditions through proper nourishment. She also believes in a whole-body approach to health and that it can be achieved not only through good nutrition, but also through certain self-care practices. Cristina specializes in Diabetes (Pre-diabetes, Type 1, Type 2, Gestational Diabetes), Women’s Health (Premenstrual syndrome, PCOS, Endometriosis, Fertility), Gut health, Gastrointestinal Disorders (IBS, SIBO, bloating, constipation, GERD), Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating, and Heart Health (Cholesterol, Blood Pressure management). Cristina is also trained by Monash University on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS.
